In 2007, Neptune Engineering further expanded its workshop facilities with the construction of a 336m2 dedicated Fabrication Bay which is serviced with a 10 ton Electric Gantry Crane with a 5.8m working height. This expansion has provided the impetus for the company to embark on more ambitious fabrication projects. The installation of the crane was followed by the purchase of a Pinch Roll Plate Roller which rolls up to 40mm plate over 500mm width and 25mm plate over 2600mm width.
In 2013, a new 5 ton Electric Gantry Crane was installed over the Heavy Press Brake and Cutting Bay.
The Neptune Engineering continues to assess its future requirements and reposition itself in a demanding market.
